Glass is all we do. We are not a remodeling company that adds glass to the invoice at the end of a bathroom job. Every measurement, every cut, and every installation is handled by people who work with glass every day and nothing else.

That matters more than it sounds. Glass has no give. It cannot be trimmed on site, shimmed into place, or adjusted after the fact. It either fits the opening or it does not, which is why the measurement is the job.

In the city you get pre-war two-flats, greystones, and bungalows with walls that have moved over a century, plus high-rise condos where the challenge is building access and freight elevator scheduling rather than the glass itself. Head into the near suburbs and it is mid-century ranches and split-levels with tub alcoves that were framed by hand. Further out you find newer construction with larger master baths and more ambitious layouts, neo-angle corners, steam enclosures, full walk-ins.

Different problems, same approach. We measure what is in front of us instead of assuming what should be there.

Shower doors that stick, sag, or leak are usually a hardware problem rather than a glass problem. A hinge that drifted, a worn sweep, a roller off its track. Those are inexpensive fixes. Mirrors with black spotting around the edges are a different story, because the reflective backing has failed and no repair brings it back. Broken storefront panels need replacement glass fabricated to the existing frame.

We service enclosures, doors, and glass systems whether or not we installed them originally. If a repair will hold, we do the repair. If it is going to fail again in six months, we say that instead of taking the smaller job twice.

Custom shower doors start at $999, and every project is quoted after an on-site measurement. What moves the number is glass thickness, hardware selection, the size and complexity of the opening, and any prep the space needs before glass can go in. Semi-frameless costs less than frameless. Standard rectangular openings cost less than neo-angle corners and steam enclosures. Mirrors are priced by square footage and edgework. Commercial glass is quoted per project because the specification varies so widely. You get a firm written number, not a range that moves once the crew arrives.

Every job starts with a free on-site measurement. We look at the space, take real dimensions, and talk through what will actually work there. If a less expensive option is the better fit for your room, we say so. We would rather do the right job than the bigger one.

Once you approve the quote, your glass goes into fabrication cut to your measurements. We call to schedule installation when it is ready. Our own crew does the install, hauls away the old glass, cleans up, and walks the finished work with you. One team from measurement to handoff, so accountability never gets handed off with it.
