All of that load transfers into the wall through a few hinges, so anchoring into studs or proper blocking is not optional.

Layouts are more involved too. A walk-in shower with a fixed panel, a door, and a return around a corner is three separate templated pieces that all have to meet correctly. Add a freestanding tub with a glass return beside it, or a bench cutting into the panel line, and precision matters more with every added element.

A double vanity in an Oak Brook primary bath is frequently seven or eight feet wide, and no stock mirror covers that. We cut mirrors to the actual wall, working around sconces, outlets, backsplash height, and any tile edge running up the wall. Where a single sheet would be impractical to move or mount, we seam it and walk you through where the seams land before fabrication.
